Why Can't I find Thunder Step in the character builder?

I'm looking to create a 5th level Sorcerer or Warlock who has Thunder Step, but when I go into the character sheet, I don't see Thunder Step as an option.

Am I missing something? A prerequisite? A sourcebook I don't own? Help?

It's from Xanathar's. You'll need to own that (or a relevant sub-portion) or have it shared with you via the campaign the character is in.
