Gamemaster allowing a feat at 1st level, how do I get this on Character sheet?

Gamemaster is granting a feat at first level to all races, so Varient human would actually get two. How to I set this up so it shows up when creating a character?

Go to the feats sub-tab of the features and traits tab.

Click "manage feats". There will be a dropdown menu of feats for you to select.
