So, I have a warlock with the Book of Ancient Secrets invocation, but along wit the two ritual spells you can choose from, there is a third slot that allows you to choose an additional 1st level spell (and not just the ritual ones). Additionally, if you choose a spell using this extra slot, another slot will form, thus allowing the process to be repeated and for the player to gain all of the 1st level warlock spells. Can you look into this?

The Book of Ancient Secrets lets you eventually learn all ritual spells, the extra dropdown is to allow you to add them to the book. It doesn't look like it does all warlock spells, just ritual tags on my end.

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
The Book of Ancient Secrets lets you potentially learn all ritual spells, not just warlock ritual spells. And the spells beyond the first 2 can be any ritual spells of a level equal to or less than half your Warlock level rounded up, which is why you saw more spells in that dropdown - a Warlock 3 has access to both 1st and 2nd-level spells!
And this is the intended behavior. Your Warlock can copy any ritual spells of allowed spell levels into your book, if you encounter any in a spell scroll or spellbook on your adventure. DDB doesn't know what your DM has allowed you to find, so it's entirely on you to track which spells you actually have. (You can change any extra dropdowns back to "-- Choose a spell --" and make them disappear.)
