I was trying to make an Echo Knight after buying Wildemount and couldn't help but notice that the option is not present.

Do you have Critical Role content toggled on in the Character Builder?

Did you buy the entire sourcebook, or the compendium content only?

Go to your Accounts page and check that your entitlements data are in sync.
