I purchased thr master tier subscription but nothing is showing up in character builder

does the content take a while to show update or is mine just bugged?

Who are you sharing with and what resources do they have.  The master tier engages sharing within a campaign when someone in the campaign owns resources.   It also gives you unlimited character slots and a few other perks but has no resources without buying them.

Subscriptions in and of themselves do not unlock content. As Mehrkat says - you can get access to content by turning on Content Sharing in a campaign that has someone else who owns content - and then you have to make a character within that campaign to use it. If you want the content yourself need to purchase the books - or make everything yourself using the homebrew tools.
