It seems the June perks load has broken the custom image I have uploaded for my character, it now shows as a blank black space and I do not have invisibility or darkness currently cast. Checked the others in my campaign and affects all of the custom uploaded images, characters with standard images from DDB are fine. Checked my other campaign - same thing.
Try clearing your cache and cookies. This issue has already been passed along to the team, but that troubleshooting steps seems to have fixed the broken image problem for anyone who has experienced it.

Cleared cache first - same result. Cleared cache and cookies - same result.
Whilst we wait for a member of staff to comment, could you answer the following questions:
What browser are you using?
What OS are you running the browser in?
Does the portrait re-appear if you choose a different dice set?
Have you disabled any browser extensions that you have enabled?
Have you tried logging in via a different browser?
Have you tried using a different device/computer?
Have you tried re-uploading the portrait?
Please also provide a link to the affected character sheet (note: the full link from Collections->Characters, not the sharing link)
Edit to add:
For the staff, I have a custom portrait, and selecting the Sanguine dice does not affect my character, when running in Firefox on Ubuntu 20.10.
When I changed from the sanguine set back to the everlasting rime (previous setting) the portrait re-appeared. When I changed back to the sanguine one it did NOT disappear again, so I am unable to now recreate the issue. So changing dice set was the "fix".
Microsoft EdgeVersion 91.0.864.41 (Official build) (64-bit) on Windows 10 home.
I had tried re-uploading the portrait, but as it also affected portraits uploaded for other players (different accounts) I figured correctly it was unrelated to that.
I did not try a different browser/compute as this is what I use and it has worked previously ergo the change was not at this end that was blocking the portrait.
Thanks for the tips and suggestions from @LurkyTheHatMan and @Halfwing
