I purchased the Amulet of the Drunkard (single item) to add to my character sheet after my DM awarded it. I searched for it in "Manage Inventory" and I don't see it. Am I doing something wrong?

D&D Beyond StaffThat item is from the Explorer's Guide to Wildemount, so you will have to toggle on Critical Role content for that character.
How/where do I do that?

D&D Beyond StaffYou can either do it from the Home pane of the Character Builder:
... or else directly from the character sheet, by clicking the gear icon (⚙️) next to the character name, choosing Preferences ...
... and enabling the toggle in the Preferences pane:
