In the meantime, you can add them as Custom Items instead to get them to show on the PDF. Just click Manage Inventory and open the Custom Items section in the sidebar.

What a magnificent suggestion Sir. I've updated my characters to have their trinkets as custom inventory items instead of Other Possessions now. Thanks.

Even items/text that was added by a Background.
I really need Other/Personal Possessions to be exported out to the PDF.
