It seems that Blood Hunter is NOT using the "twice your INT modifier" feature when you hit lvl 13 and Brand of Castigation gets upgraded by Brand of Tethering. I only get +4 when I should get +8 (INT 19).
Is there any workaround?

Thanks, I'll pass this along! In the meantime, you can represent your Brand of Castigation's proper amount by creating a custom action directly on your character sheet.
