Is the character your trying to give the invocation to a Warlock? If not, then that is the reason you don't see those options. As the feat states, "If the invocation has a prerequisite of any kind, you can choose that invocation only if you’re a warlock who meets the prerequisite."

If the character picks up magic initiate for Eldritch Blast then Eldritch Adept, I can’t see any options for agonising blast, repelling blast, etc.
