I have a character level 8 I was tinkering with and accidental clicked override score on his Dex Score and now it has to have the over ride score in their to be accurate. How do I get this back to normal?
Click the Dexterity block on your character sheet and on the popout details menu - click inside the Override Score box and delete everything it in. Then click somewhere else to change the focus away from the Override Score box and it will go back to normal. Normal being whatever you set it at in the Ability section of the builder and whatever modifiers you might have.
how do you determine it as i am a beginner for dnd beyond and dnd as a whole please may you tell me how to set my overide score google isn't helping lol

This didn't work for me, it just bounces back to an override score.
Could be a caching mismatch between your browser and the server - leave it alone for 20 minutes and see if anything changes.

I have the same problem right now and I tried the things that were suggested to you, none of those worked. How did you do it?
Click inside the box with the number, use Backspace/Delete to clear it entirely, then press Tab.
