I could be totally missing something here -- I have +4 on animal handling WIS is +1, I'm not proficient and I have Jack of All Trades. My proficiency bonus is 3. So shouldn't animal handling be +2?
If it is supposed to be 2 I have an idea of what may have happened. I looked on my character sheet, and then manually through the level editor. When I was choosing 2 skills for expertise on lvl 3-- I chose Perception (proficient from lvl 1 bard prof) and Animal Handling. I wasn't proficient in Animal Handling, though. I made the mistake without thinking about it because it's my first time playing and it was a drop down menu. Could that have caused the issue? Thanks in advance.
resolved, silly mistake
