Sorry if there’s already a thread for this, I couldn’t find it. Anyway, I’m trying to add a mechanic called Adrenaline Rush to a homebrew race I’m working on. The feature will be at the end of this post. I am wondering how to add it to my race and how to make it usable in-game/in-program, so my players don’t have to do the math every time.
Once per long rest, when you fall below 1/4 of your HP max rounded down, you can cause a surge of energy your body, giving you temporary hit points equal to half your HP max rounded down and advantage on attack rolls and saving throws until the start of your next turn in the next initiative round.

Dang, okay. Thanks.
