I don't know how to upload it but I can describe the issue better. Whenever I apply a level override to a fixed value in an attack the value doesn't change.
Is this still the case many hours later? Any time a homebrew creation is edited, the changes can take upwards of 15–20 minutes to appear on a character sheet. It also helps to bump the test character's level up and back down after this time, to force a re-check from the server.
If this is still the case (waiting and level adjustment didn't fix the issue), could you post a link to the homebrew in question? A forum mod may be able to have a look.
For trouble uploading screenshots: Upload the screenshot to an image hosting site (like Imgur), right-click on the uploaded image and Copy Image Address (or the equivalent option on your OS), and insert that URL into the Source field after clicking the "Insert/edit image" button here.

The level override for fixed values isn't working for me. It's for a class feature option.
Screenshot?
