I just used the create campaign feature for the first time. Long story short, I'm DMing a campaign and one of my players agreed to DM a 1-shot (he's a first time DM) to give me a break. He doesn't have much in terms of material, just the PHB and Tasha's, and only the hard physical books.
So the campaign I created has me as the DM. I (assume) it only allows the players access to my paid content for the purpose of character creation? Can I make it so he can search the monster books under GAME RULES ---> Monsters?
Do you have a Master Tier account? If so, then you can enable Content Sharing for the campaign.
However, you don't need to be the DM of the campaign in order to share content! I suggest that you instead have the one-shot DM create the DDB campaign. Then you can join their campaign as a player, and Enable Content on the main campaign page.
This way, the actual campaign DM will have control over character sheets, the campaign notes, and encounters.
