Removing Equipment Items after Content Management update results in error messages

Getting a lot of error messages when removing certain items from the equipment list. After refreshing the page, the item is still there (can't remove it).

For example, removing crossbow bolts from this character: https://ddb.ac/characters/48481583/eOSyhp
