Bought a spell back from Guide to Wildemount about a week or so ago, was looking at learning them for my wizard but unfortunately isn't showing up and have tried logging out and in again.
Were they the Dunamancy spells? You can only learn those if you are either a Graviturgy or Chronurgy Wizard (and not all of them because some are specific to one or the other).
If you're not a graviturgist or a chronurgist, and your DM has OK'd you taking the spells anyway, since you've bought them you ought to be able to make a homebrew copy using the spell as a template and just changing the 'available for' section to 'wizard' instead of the specific subclasses.

If you are a Graviturgy or Chronurgy Wizard - make sure your entitlements are in sync in the marketplace: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace
