basically just what the title says. when you infuse an item with repeating shot it doesn't change the attack and damage bonus on the weapon like the other infusions do. Some others might not work as well but I haven't had the time to go through them all and check.
Repeating Shot requires attunement. If you don't attune you don't get the bonus.
