I preordered the Heros of Faerun book and I havent recieved any preorder bonuses. Every book I have preordered has come with backdrops and frames but none this time? Does anyone have any information on this subject

The preorder bonus for Heroes was the Dallabad Oasis animated map. You should be able to find it in Maps.
