A player in my campaign did something by accident and removed Cloud of Daggers, however it appears to have vanished completely in the campaign. She can't add it back and I tried checking with another spellcaster and it wasn't showing for them either.

A player in my campaign did something by accident and removed Cloud of Daggers, however it appears to have vanished completely in the campaign. She can't add it back and I tried checking with another spellcaster and it wasn't showing for them either.
Made a new character and it was appearing.
Help please!
