As the title says the subclass isn't showing up as an option to pick it. I have the necessary books as I can see the subclass in the paladins class page. I have the 2014 rule set turned on in the character builder. I am not sure what I am missing.
Which version of the Paladin class did you select? There are two separate versions, a 2014 one under "2014 Core Rules" and a 2024 one under "Core Rules".
Because Oath of Vengeance was updated for 2024, if you've selected the 2024 Paladin class, you can only use the 2024 version of that subclass. If you want to use the 2014 version, you'd need to switch to the 2014 version of the class by removing the class you have selected and then scrolling down to the "2014 Core Rules" section and selecting the version there.
