I'm not sure if this issue has been reported but I'm trying to create a homebrew item with the Searing Smite spell as a charge but the spell will not show up in the list. I'm able to find Branding Smite and many other spells but no Searing Smite. Is anyone else having this issue?

Searing Smite isn't available in the Basic Rules. You need to buy the PHB or the individual spell on DDB to access it.
