My friend recently bought the master subscription tier and a few content packs, and although I was able to see the things he had purchased and even have a character with a class which he shared with me, I can no longer do it, he hasn't changed any settings, the campaign is exactly the same and no-one else has joined, the character I'm trying to use his content with is even in the campaign too so I know that shouldn't be the issue
Have you also tried checking whether your account entitlements data is in sync on your Account Marketplace page? Also, just 100% clarifying, but you've used the campaign join link to create your character inside of this campaign, correct?
