Using point buy default gets to 15 CHA, +1 for lightfoot halfling, +1 for Actor, but I cannot figure out why this has a +2 Misc bonus for CHA. Should be 17. I've gone through equipment and every section of the character. Is it this a bug?
The Misc bonus is from your feats: you get +1 CHA each from Actor and Fey Touched (Charisma).
