One of the players in my campaign is playing a rogue assassin. Any time they equip a crossbow it seems to give them an additional +6 to the attack roll.
I have triple checked and I don't see any reason this would happen. It is occurring on light crossbows and hand crossbows. The manual override fixes it. But I was wondering if anyone else had this issue or had a fix.
Here is the character sheet. You can see the light crossbow has the manual override. The "Frambolini", a custom hand crossbow, has no manual override and is displaying +15 when it should be +9
I'd expect one of your homebrew weapons is incorrectly put together. Try removing them and see if that fixes it, then add them back one by one until you see which ones does it.
