What's the easiest way to go about increasing the maximum number of spells known for a Sorcerer?
Level up.
Next easiest would be to manually add extra spell in manage spells, open the spell description, at the bottom there is "add spell" option.
You can home brew a feat to add extra spells.
You can homebrew a subclass that learns extra spells.
You can't add extra in manage spells.
Now I understand what you mean!
