I'm new to D&D and I wanted to try to play an aasimar. I bought the aasimar from Volvo's guide to monsters, but it is only the variant class. I can't find the other subraces anywhere. Are they gone? If they are can I get my money back?
The Aasimar variant is from the Dungeon Masters Guide, so a different source than Volo's. Check to make sure your account entitlements are in sync. You may also need to wait a little bit for the newly purchased races to show up in the character builder; also try picking a different race for now, then go to the next page, then click back on Race and see if the Volo's subraces show up.
