I don't have access to TCoE on DNDB nor do I have a physical copy. My spell card lists it as V,M though.

So I don't know. Go with what you or your DM thinks best.
My personal thought is to go with the most up to date version of TCoE, if possible. If you can't (eg you don't have access to it), then I'd say that it's V,M. It makes more sense to me that it would have an incantation. That doesn't mean I'm right though.

But DnDBeyond is supposed to have the latest errata. Seems odd that finding the actual errata seems so difficult.
Agreed, a crucial draw for going digital is that the book is current and up-to-date, one shouldn't have to go searching for the errata. At least not unless you think something has changed and you want to check that it definitely did and what exactly the change was. The only reason why having the books in the format that DDB uses would be advantageous over, say, PDFs, for the customer is that they can do that kind of continual and seamless updates.
So, you have to check the errata rather than just having it in the book? Or is it automatically updated and it's a problem specific to Berkutt? Perhaps he downloaded the document to the app and so it doesn't update until you redownload it?

DDB website is correct wit S, M. The DDB app, even though I just checked mine and does not need to be updated (I already did, but my Monster Manual say “update available “ since I haven’t updated that book), still says V, M so guess that updating app takes longer?
Perhaps. Although, the errata referenced by the Sage Advice Compendium is dated 2020, I'd have thought that it would be done by now, which is 9 months after 2020 ended. Really, it should have been done simultaneously.

The books should be automatically update by DDB to reflect the most current errata. As I use the website primarily, it had not occurred to check the app. The app entry for SCAG has not been updated appropriately it seems. While I have SCAG as a source in the app, the two cantrips show as V,M in the book and in the spell lookup, however the text in TCOE is correctly listed as S,M. If I delete SCAG from my sources the spells automatically change to S,M elsewhere in the app to reflect TCOE, but the minute I re-download SCAG they revert back to V,M. It does appear that the mobile content for those spells in SCAG was inadvertently overlooked.

It would appear that they both show in DNDBeyond as S, M.
They are listed in SCAG and Tashas as V, M.
Is DnDbeyond incorrect?

It's also possible that it's all three, V,S,M.

Apparently it was changed to S,M in the errata for TCoE.
Edit: Originally erroneously stated that it is now V,M, now corrected.

DDB Has the latest errata (11.2020) implemented making the spells S,M.
The errata can always be found here : https://dnd.wizards.com/articles/sage-advice
