Hi there,

I cannot equip the above item, as it cannot be found in the equipment menue of my character. Only gauntlets of ogre power are available. Please fix.

To equip the Gauntlets of Flaming Fury, you need to either own Descent into Avernus on DDB (either the whole book, or just the magic items or the specific item), or be in a campaign with content sharing turned on, where someone in the campaign owns it.

If someone else owns it, have the person who controls the content sharing make sure that their subscription is still active, and if it is, have them turn the content sharing off then on again.

If you own it, you can go here and check at the top that it says your Account Entitlements are in sync. If it says they're not, follow the instructions to fix that, and try again. If it says they are, confirm (on that same page) that it has your purchase registered (under Current Product Licenses) and that you didn't buy just the compendium content, which wouldn't grant access to items in the character builder.
