I am trying to create a character in a campaign that has the magic the gathering material purchased, but the character creator won't allow me to choose the Loxodon race.
In your character's HOME | Preferences, you need to enable Magic: The Gathering Content (right/red).

I have done this, I have access to the other Magic: The Gathering Content except the Loxodon race.
