Dice Rolling Just So Slowly

My dice roll glacially slowly. But only on my PC. Same network, same browser type, same extensions enabled, it rolls standard speed on my laptop, but my PC is just dragging. I have no idea what is happening here. Persists despite restarts.

Happens on any character.
