I brought this up 3 days ago. You also can't manually adjust it by customizing the weapon damage because you can only add numerical bonuses, not die bonuses.
NOTE: You will need to setup a zendesk account (which is not your DnDBeyond.com account, the team uses this 3rd party software). It's easy to do and your votes are needed!

As it says in the title, extra damage die from the Brute's Brute Force feature are not added on the character sheet.
