Hello, I was at the top level subscription and had dozens of characters for my campaign (NPCs). But 3/5ths of my players moved and I decided to put my account on basic until I can get a new player group established.
I deleted all but my personal characters (2), but they are locked and cannot be unlocked, only option is delete. I only have 2 of 6 characters at the moment, can the remaining 2 be unlocked?
