I just bought the PHB on the D&D Beyond app and it won't allow me to access it or any of it's content such as spells. Everytime I try to open the book or spell from the book it pops up the market place and asks me to buy it but then when I click buy product, it says "You already own this product." I bought Xanathars guide right after and it works fine but the PHB won't let me access anything out of it whatsoever. If you know why this is happening please let me know, otherwise I will just give it time and hopefully it works itself out. It even says in my bank that I made the transaction, But it won't let me access what I have purchased.
Are you blocked from accessing the PHB on the website, or is it just the App?
Have you checked your Marketplace page (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace) to see that your Account Entitlements are synced (first section of that page) and that the PHB appears in your Current Product Licenses (bottom section).
I am unable to access it on the app and website, I says I'm synced and it's not In my Current Product Licenses. But I did buy it and I even have my bank transaction record saying I purchased it.
