I just bought the three new dragonborn races and feats from FToD, I did not buy the full source book. 

I have clicked on my username > Marketplace > scroll down to my new purchases . It just says I purchased them, there is no link I can click on to see the details (aka the ACTUAL CONTENT) of the new races or feats. 

I have also clicked on Sources > FToD > scroll down to the new races and feats. No clickable link to view the actual content of my purchases, instead just a little greyed out check mark and "Owned Content". 

So how do I actually see the new races and feats I purchased? Instead of just the the items' names?

Game Rules menu and select Races or Feats, I would expect.

You're able to see the races you have access to from the Game Rules section, under Races. They are all variants of Dragonborn instead of separate races, so you can them all listed under Dragonborn Traits.

You'll be able to use the races and feats when you create a character.

If you don't see any of the content from the book (preorder bonuses or otherwise), please be sure to resync your entitlements. You can do so by following these steps:

1. Navigate to this link: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace
2. Click on "Sync My Entitlements".

Once completed, that content should appear! If you experience any issues with accessing your content, please reach out to our Support Team.

My Entitlements were synced. I just doubled checked on my account.
