The level 4 ASI does not show up in the character sheet or UI after selecting which ability scores to give bonus to you do not see those scores rise by 1.
You might want to post a link to your character sheet for the mods to look at. On my builder the lever 4 ASI shows up just fine and confirmed added in the Abilities tab.
