On pages with long ToC like the cleric class or the wizard class, there is no way for me to access the ToC for the lowest items. The ToC is truncated by the bottom of the page, and there's no way to "scroll" down it to see the missing items. On the Cleric page, the lowest subclass I can see is the Tempest Domain. On the Wizard page, the lowest subclass I can see is the School of Necromancy. I am on a Macbook Pro using macOS 11.5.2 and Google Chrome, Version 94.0.4606.81 (Official Build) (x86_64).
Can confirm this behaviour with a small browser window. The ToC has no scrollbar of its own and is set to stay on the screen so you can't see the bottom sections.

Yeah, I've got a laptop too and it's annoying. About the only way to deal with it is to zoom out the text so more of the rows show up.
