https://www.dndbeyond.com/magic-items/3390457-evzhenya-enna-d-d-beyond This was the first one I made. The item is called Coffin of Quickening. When I go to my homebrew creations list, it's listed as Evzhenya "Enna" - D&D Beyond. When I view the details page, it's listed as Coffin of Quickening. I wanted it to show up as Coffin of Quickening on my homebrew creations list so I knew what it was but no matter what I try, it won't change it. It looks right in the edit page but wrong in my list. So I decided to copy it to a new item.
https://www.dndbeyond.com/magic-items/4155438-evzhenya-enna-d-d-beyond This is the copy. Unfortunately, copying didn't fix anything. Evzhenya "Enna" - D&D Beyond still shows up on the hombrew list and I have to view the detail page to see Coffin of Quickening. Fine, I'll create an item from scratch so there's no risk of item poisoning.
Never mind. Closed all browser windows, reopened, and now it looks right on my homebrew creations list. It's odd that the URLs for the item detail pages still reference the old name, even the one that was created from scratch.
I had this bug as well. What I did was change its name from "X" to "X " (with an added space). The space got removed automatically, but it made everything work correctly.

I never entered Evzhenya "Enna" - D&D Beyond anywhere near that item creation page! And yet it appears with that name like the others. Is there some sort of weird cross contamination thing going on?
