I cancelled my previous credit card and I want to update my billing information with my new number. I'm only given the option to cancel my subscription, and when I try to do that the page just hangs and nothing happens. I sent a support ticket a couple of days ago but I haven't heard back. My group will have a character creation session in a couple of days and I need to be able to share my content.
