Glamerweave has been mislabeled as "Varies" instead of common when adding it to a character sheets inventory. The common version also includes all the text for the uncommon version too.
By "the color is still common" they were referring to how magic item names display in different colors depending on rarity (white for common, like hat of wizardry; green for uncommon, like rope of climbing; blue for rare, like amulet of health; etc.)
Glamerweave can be any color or pattern you want to describe, though you'd want some sort of pattern there to animate. The uncommon rarity can make the pattern rise from the cloth.
