So it's hard to see but the tables that are sortable (in this example I'm using spells maximum charges) the arrows indicating the sort direction match (or nearly match) the background color so aren't visible. Additionally in two of the 3 states (not sorted, sorted, -sorted) the arrows also overlap with the text. You can see one of these states in the image above on the S of maximum charges a small white arrow is visible.
The state where the arrows are in the correct position (but blend with the background) is -sorted so for the above example you would click the title until ?sort=-maxcharges shows up after the /edit in the url. The other two overlap with the title text (edit and ?sort=maxcharges).
You can replicate this by clicking on almost any header of a table in the edit homebrew page. Just a minor bug but I believe this is what it should look like if they are intended to be sortable:
