Character sheet bug: changing name/avatar doesn't change the "campaign" char list

Steps to repro:

1. Create a character with name X
2. Add character to a campaign
   1. On the character sheet, click the "Campaign: {name}" button, top-right
   2. You'll be able to see the character in the sidebar list that appears
3. Change character's name from X to Y
4. Change character's avatar/portrait to something else
5. Go back to character sheet and open the "Campaign: {name}" sidebar again
6. Expected behavior: character name Y and avatar are updated
7. Actual behavior: old character name X and avatar remain

Things I've tried:

1. Clearing cache and deleting all local files
2. Logging out and logging back in
3. Removing character from campaign and readding them
4. Using a different browser (Firefox ==> Chrome)

Still a bug after all these solutions. This leads me to believe that the "caching" error is within DNDB's system; not a client-side bug.
