This has been a problem for quite some time now, and no updates have addressed it. The Advanced Options Custom Roll dice formula bonus and Custom Damage dice formula bonus (see image) fields no longer function. I have tested this extensively. Also for all I know the Custom magical modifier to raw ability checks doesn't work either, but I have never used that one so I don't know. If you're going to have those options available, please at least see to it they actually work.
Beyond 20 is a third-party extension that isn’t supported by D&D Beyond. If you’re having trouble with it, you’ll need to discuss that with its creators.

Funny because when you write to them, they say the exact same thing about you. And conveniently no one takes any responsibility for fixing the problems.
The screenshot you’ve shared is not something that exists in D&D Beyond itself. It was not built by the D&D Beyond team, and therefore can’t be fixed by them.
If there’s a related problem here that can be reproduced in D&D Beyond without the use of Beyond 20, then I’ll gladly pass that problem along to the developers.
