I just re-subscribed, and my character selection screen looks odd. If I go to the "Collections > My Characters" menu, I've got the following content:

Buttons for each "locked" character.
Most of the buttons on the page don't do anything useful. Many of them take me to a subscription page that I've already gone through. "Finish Unlocking" does nothing.
My click bait title is not correct. I can get to most of the characters because I can find their link in another way. E.g.: through the campaign, a URL that I stored from earlier, etc. It seems to be just this one page that's busted.
This is definitely a strange set of circumstances, and not at all expected or easily troubleshooted here. I'd recommend submitting a Support ticket with all of the information above.
