I am sure this has been asked before, but I cannot seem to find an answer, so my apologise in advance.
When a clockwork sorcerer levels up they get spells added as a feature. These spells are visible in the character sheet, but they are not changeable? In the DnD text it states these can be swapped out for other spells, how can I accomplish this?
It has indeed been asked before, it's actually addressed in the Tasha's Cauldron of Everything support thread:
SORCERER
Aberrant Mind - Psionic Spells. We don't currently have a method to allow swapping these spells out. We are looking at solutions for this. "Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level. The new spell must be a divination or an enchantment spell from the sorcerer, warlock, or wizard spell list."
Clockwork Soul - Clockwork Spell. See Psionic Spells above.
As for accomplishing this via workaround, the best solution is to make a homebrew copy of the subclass, and edit the spells when you want to change the. Not ideal I know, but the team is aware of this missing functionality.

Thanks, this is what I ended up doing. Good to know I wasn't a million miles off.
I will mark as resolved
