I am not sure if I am running into a bug, or maybe missing something, but whenever I attempt to create a homebrew feat with a race restriction of Half Elf (I haven't tested with other races) I cannot get it to show up on a half elf characters list of feats. If I remove the race restriction and then refresh the characters list of feats it shows up in the list. Any ideas?

Edit: Tried doing the same with a Human Restricted feat and it had the same results, I have to be missing something right?
