I asked one of my players to send me a link to her character's sheet and she said that she's been having issues that make them unable to be seen as if they were private. We did some troubleshooting and yeah, no matter what we set her sheets to, all of them act as if they were private. They don't have the option to get shareable links and the sheet's URL leads to a 404 for anyone that isn't her. We've tried setting the sheets to private then back to public and that didn't do anything. I've looked at her character sheet for my campaign before, but now I cannot. Apparently she's had this issue since at least November 27th of last year with another DM. I looked through the account settings to see if something like that could be causing it to do so, but there are no settings regarding this to my knowledge. Does anyone know what's going on?

Is she comfortable with posting the url to her character sheet in this thread so someone here can take a look?
To be clear, I might have an idea of what's going on, but would need to see what web error results from attempting to load the character sheet.

Okay, it wasn't the possibility I'd been thinking of, so a mod/staff member will need to take a look at the sheet.
