My gm allowed us to buy feats at creation but since we can't just do that with the creator I am trying to make an item to let us get our feats, when I make the item it shows the feats to be added but doesn't actually add them to the character when equipped. I own the PHB and Xanthars, but nothing comes up on the character sheet

I have the same issue.
Can we please have something gone to fix this, either in magical item creation or allowing us to manually edit the character.
The creation Wizards are fantastic but they shouldn't be the only way to do things...
