Building my character I noticed that as fighter of 3rd level while I'm choosing a Martial Archetype the option of Eldritch knight is not available even when is part of the basic rule book. There's anyway to activate this option in the list?
The Eldritch Knight is in the Player's Handbook, but not the Basic Rules; only subclasses in the Basic Rules/SRD are free for use.
You can purchase just the Eldritch Knight subclass piecemeal from the Marketplace page for the Player's Handbook for relatively cheap, if you scroll down to Individual Purchase Options.

Helpful rewriter of Japanese->English translation and delver into software codebases (she/e/they)
You can also recreate it as a “homebrew” subclass if you have access to the book and know what it does. It’ll take a little bit of work, but it can save you some money to avoid buying things “twice”.
