On the DnDBeyond app, the +2 damage from the dueling fighting style is not being added to the 1d4 bonus attack granted from Polearm Master when wielding a spear in one hand.
The Bonus Action added by the feat doesn't "know" about any of your other features, or even what sort of weapon you're wielding. You'll need to Customize it yourself to add the +2 bonus to damage.
